The Scottish Government is the devolved government for Scotland. It has a range of responsibilities including the economy, education, health, justice, rural affairs, housing, environment, equal opportunities, consumer advocacy and advice, transport, and taxation. 

The Scottish Procurement & Property Directorate lead and deliver public procurement in Scotland at national, central government and Scottish Government levels.
